Alexander is a Georgia State, Bermuda, and Canadian Certified Public Accountant with a roll your sleeves up work ethic. Alexander possesses a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management with minors in Finance and Administration from The University of New Haven; Certifications of Specialty in Administration and Management from Cornel University; and an Advanced Degree in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool.

Tracy Ming, Director
Tracy is a detailed orientated executive accountant with thirty-five years of extensive experience in the areas of The Retail Sector; Hotels and Restaurants; Golf Courses; Real Estate Development and Construction; Realtors; and Forensic Accounting. Tracy is an expert is QuickBooks and specializes in the set-up of Accounting Environments, Accounting Systems, and Accounting System Clean Ups. Tracy provides oversight of our entire Accounting Services Team and provides all customers with a key contact for the resolution of any Accounting issue which may arise. She possesses a calm professional demeanor and has amassed a global client based which includes Michael Douglas and The Dill Family – Michaels Mother Family. Tracy serves on the Board of numerous clients and is often directed to clients by their Financial Institutions as a means of mitigating what would otherwise revert into an involuntary bankruptcy. Tracy also performs Forensic Accounting exercises and is a key resource in identifying and quantifying internal frauds and assisting in the persecution of identified frauds from an Accounting and Financial perspective.
Dr. Kelly Pope, Consultant Director
Dr. Pope is a tenured associate professor of accounting at DePaul University. She is also the founder and Chief Content Officer for Helios Digital Learning. She received her doctorate in accounting from Virginia Tech. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). She has served on the faculties of DePaul University; the University of North Carolina at Greensboro; Wake Forest University Business School; and Wake Forest University Law School. Her academic research has been published in the Behavioral Research in Accounting, Auditing: A Journal of Theory & Practice, Journal of Business Ethics, CPA Journal and WebCPA. She is co-author of The A.B.C.’s of Behavioral Forensics: Using Psychology to Prevent, Detect and Deter Fraud published by John Wiley & Sons. Additionally, she writes for Forbes.com, The Daily Beast and PBS Need To Know and, the Washington Post.
Dr. Pope is an expert in forensic accounting and has conducted forensic accounting seminars around the world for universities, corporations and governmental entities. Examples of past and current training clients include General Electric; Lincoln Financial Group; Lloyds of London; DTE Energy; ConAgra Foods; the Illinois CPA Society; the Illinois Attorney General’s Office; the Institute of Management Accountants; and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
Dr. Pope is the creator and executive producer of the award winning educational white-collar crime documentary Crossing the Line: Ordinary People Committing Extraordinary Crime. Crossing the Line was the recipient of the 2012 Contributions to Teaching Award sponsored by the American Accounting Association Ethics Committee, and the 2012 Mark Chain/FSA Teaching Innovation Award sponsored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Her second documentary, All the Queens Horses, participated in Tribeca Hacks sponsored by the Tribeca Film Institute (TFI). Additionally, All the Queen’s Horses was a finalist for the Tribeca All Access Grant sponsored by TFI.

He serves as the Chair of The Federal Joint Historical Black College and Universities Task Force of Georgia; and serves as the President of the Atlanta Metro Black Advisory Affairs Council. Marzelle possesses a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science from Mississippi Valley State University and an MS in Executive Management from Florida State University.
